The Korean robotics exhibition brings together 402 companies from 17 countries, with a new humanoid pavilion and demonstrations spanning robot hands and factory automation.
South Korean robot makers are pursuing distinct industrial humanoid strategies: Tesollo is developing dexterous hands, AeiROBOT is preparing bipedal systems for shipyards and construction sites, and HD Hyundai Robotics is developing a dual-arm platform. AeiROBOT's ALICE 5 is targeted at shipbuilding, construction, and other rugged industrial environments.
Tesollo, a South Korean robotics company specializing in robotic hands and multi-finger grippers, expects cumulative sales to surpass 1,000 units by the end of 2026. The company has expanded its production facilities and manufacturing infrastructure to meet growing demand from humanoid robotics, physical AI, industrial automation, and robotics research customers. Tesollo is also preparing for a technology-based IPO in South Korea, with KB Securities appointed as lead underwriter.
