During the signup and onboarding process, we temporarily store your consent preferences and profile information in your browser's local storage. This data is transferred to our servers once you complete onboarding and is then removed from local storage.

No third-party analytics or tracking

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other third-party tracking scripts on our platform.

To count page views we use Vercel Web Analytics, provided by our hosting provider. It uses no cookies, doesn't track you across other websites, and records only anonymized visit data.

Sharing your information

Third-party service providers

We share your information with the following third-party service providers who process data on our behalf:

• Neon (database hosting) - stores all account and platform data
• Uploadcare (file hosting and CDN) - processes and hosts user-uploaded images (avatars, company logos, etc.)

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and only use it to provide services to us.

Legal requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or government agency).

We do not sell your data

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes.

Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Specifically:

• Account data: Retained until you delete your account
• Session data: Automatically expires after periods of inactivity
• Edit history: Retained indefinitely for accountability and audit purposes

When you delete your account, we permanently remove your personal information from our systems, including your profile, account credentials, sessions, and associated records. Edit history entries are anonymized (user ID reference is removed) but the edits themselves are retained for data integrity.
