Agreement to terms

These terms of service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of HumanoidMegaHub (the "Platform"), including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Platform.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Account registration

To access certain features of the Platform, you may be required to register for an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to refuse registration or to cancel an account at our discretion, particularly if we believe you have violated these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon or violate the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or objectionable content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform or any systems or networks
• Use any automated system (e.g., bots, scrapers) to access the Platform without our prior written permission
• Upload or submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform

User-generated content

The Platform allows users with appropriate permissions (editors, admins) to submit, post, or upload content, including company information, robot specifications, investor data, and editorial content ("User Content").

Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of posting or publishing it. By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to submit the content
• The content is accurate and not misleading
• The content does not violate any third-party rights
• The content does not contain any viruses or malicious code

License to user content

By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display your User Content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.

Content moderation

We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to review, monitor, edit, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, including content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Intellectual property rights

Platform content

The Platform and its original content (excluding User Content), features, and functionality are owned by HumanoidMegaHub and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Trademarks

"HumanoidMegaHub" and related logos and product names are trademarks of HumanoidMegaHub. You may not use these trademarks without our prior written permission.

Third-party content

Company logos, robot images, and other content submitted by users or sourced from third parties remain the property of their respective owners. We claim no ownership over such third-party content.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• The results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable
• Any errors in the Platform will be corrected
• User Content is accurate, complete, or up-to-date

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUMANOIDMEGAHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Any content obtained from the Platform
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS (OR, IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID US ANYTHING, ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS USD).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HumanoidMegaHub and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content
• Your violation of any rights of another party

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature on your profile page.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HumanoidMegaHub operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect, and the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed modified to the extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and HumanoidMegaHub regarding your use of the Platform and supersede any prior agreements.
