Humanoid MegaHub tracks the global humanoid robotics industry. If your company is active in this space, you're likely already listed. Claiming your profile is free and gives you a direct editor dashboard to keep your data accurate.
Which path applies to you?
The process differs slightly depending on whether your company is already in our database.
Already listed on the hub
Most companies in the humanoid robotics space are already in our database. You can search for your company, verify your email domain, and request access — all in a few minutes.
Not yet listed
If your company isn't in our database yet, you can submit it for inclusion. Our team reviews all submissions before adding them. Once approved, you automatically get editor access.
How to claim your existing listing
If your company is already in our database, follow these steps to gain editor access. The whole process typically takes under 5 minutes — then you wait 1–2 days for our team to approve.
Sign in or create an account
Head to the sign-in page and log in with your account. If you don't have one yet, sign up — it's free. Use your work email address (e.g. you@yourcompany.com). This is how we verify you're genuinely associated with the company.
Tip: Using your company email domain (e.g. @yourcompany.com) speeds up verification considerably — it's matched automatically against our records.
Search for your company
Go to the claim page and type your company name into the search bar. Our database covers hundreds of companies in the humanoid robotics ecosystem — robot makers, component suppliers, investors, and integrators.
If your company appears in the results, click Claim to proceed. If it doesn't show up, you'll see an option to add your company instead.
Verify your email with a 6-digit code
To confirm you're genuinely associated with the company, we send a 6-digit one-time code to your email address. Enter it on screen to proceed.
Behind the scenes, we also check whether your email domain (the part after the @) matches the company's registered domain. A domain match significantly speeds up the admin review.
If your company domain doesn't match, don't worry — you can still submit the request. Our team will review it manually and may reach out for additional verification.
Wait for admin review
Once you've submitted your claim, our team reviews it. This typically takes 1–2 business days. We check that your email domain matches the company and that everything looks legitimate.
You can return to the claim page at any time to see the current status of your request — it'll show as Pending, Approved, or Denied.
We may reach out to you by email if we have questions or need additional information to verify your affiliation.
Access granted — start editing!
Once approved, you'll have access to the Editor Dashboard. From there you can update your company profile, manage robot listings, upload your logo and robot images, and more.
How to add a new company listing
If your company isn't in our database, you can submit it. Our team reviews all submissions before publishing them.
Sign in with your work email
Sign in or create a free account. Using your company email helps our team verify you're affiliated with the company you're submitting.
Fill out the submission form
Provide your company's name, website, headquarters location, founding year, description, and your relationship to the company (founder, employee, etc.).
You can also upload your company logo and optionally add your robots with their category and status.
Submit for review
Our team reviews all submissions before publishing. We check that the company is active in the humanoid robotics space and that the information is accurate. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
Listed & editor access granted
Once approved, your company goes live on the hub and you automatically receive editor access to the dashboard — just like Path A.
Inside the Editor Dashboard
Once you have editor access, this is your control center. Here's what each tab does.
Edit your company profile
Update every aspect of your public company profile — name, description, HQ location, website, founding year, social media links (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Crunchbase), and your company logo.
Changes you save appear on your public company page on Humanoid MegaHub immediately.
Manage your robot listings
Add new robots, edit specs (height, weight, payload, DoF, speed, battery life, etc.), update availability and pricing, and upload robot images — including setting a primary image.
You can also archive robots that are no longer active (they won't appear in public listings) and restore them later if needed.
Unlock more with a paid plan
A company subscription unlocks additional tabs in the editor dashboard, giving you more ways to promote your company and reach the Humanoid MegaHub audience.

Is claiming my company profile free?
Yes, completely free. You get access to the Company Profile and Robots tabs at no cost. Additional features like content publishing, featured placement, and advertising require a paid subscription.
How long does the approval process take?
We aim to review all requests within 1–2 business days. If your email domain automatically matches the company's website domain, it can be faster. We may reach out if we need more information.
What if my personal email doesn't match the company domain?
You can still submit a claim request. Our team will review it manually. You may be asked to provide additional proof of affiliation, such as a LinkedIn profile or company email forward.
Can multiple people from the same company have editor access?
Yes. Once you have editor access, you're the primary editor for your company. Contact us if you need to add additional team members.
My company was denied — what can I do?
If your request was denied, please contact us with additional verification details. Common reasons for denial include domain mismatches or insufficient information about the company's role in the humanoid robotics space.
What is the editor dashboard and how do I access it?
The editor dashboard is available at /editor once you're signed in and have approved editor access. It shows your company profile, robots, and any paid features you've enabled.
