Borg Arm is a 6-axis robotic arm developed by Borg Robotics (Detroit, USA), part of the company's vertically integrated automation product line. Designed as a standalone industrial automation solution and as a modular component compatible with Borg Robotics humanoid platforms, the arm uses proprietary in-house actuators delivering up to 270 Nm of torque from a 1.6 kg unit. All Borg robotic arm variants are powered by the shared VLA intelligence system "The Orb," offering single-arm and dual-arm configurations for factory and warehouse task execution. Commercial launch was targeted for Q2 2025.
