LG Electronics

LG Electronics is a South Korean multinational best known for consumer electronics, home appliances, and display technologies. The company has expanded into robotics through its CLOi commercial service robot line and is developing humanoid robots, including the CLOiD — a wheeled household assistant unveiled at CES 2026 — and the KAPEX prototype. These efforts draw on technology from majority-owned subsidiary Bear Robotics and position LG as a participant in the Korean government's K-Humanoid Alliance alongside Samsung, Doosan Robotics, and Rainbow Robotics.
