Promobot Cyber Cafe

The Promobot Cyber Cafe (Donna's Cyber Cafe) is a fully automated robotic retail complex developed by Promobot (Perm, Russia) for unmanned sale of coffee, ice cream, and soft drinks. It integrates a hyper-realistic humanoid robot cashier (based on the Robo-C2 platform), robotic arms, a soft-serve machine, coffee maker, drink dispenser, payment terminal, and self-service kiosk into a 24/7 operating unit. The humanoid interface robot communicates with customers, tells stories, and offers selfies while automated arms prepare and serve orders — producing up to 36 coffees, 50 ice creams, and 100 drinks per hour.
