Unitree Robotics shares surged over 11% intraday on October 19, lifting its market cap back above 190.8 billion yuan (~$28.6 billion), after China's Ministry of Commerce and eight other departments issued policy support for embodied AI and the first six national standards for humanoid robots were approved, effective April 1 next year.
