A $89,000 humanoid designed by Faraday Future was taken to Brooklyn Bridge Park, where CTO Hong Rao operated it by remote control as it walked, sang to children, danced with visitors and posed for photos. The robot remains in development and is being refined through human interaction for possible use as a babysitter, teacher or companion. Faraday Future has also expanded its lineup to 11 models and 24 products, with the FF Futurist Standard priced at $89,900 and the more advanced Futurist Ultra at $129,900.
Faraday Future announces the second-half launch of its FF EAI Robot World, introducing a new mobile manipulator and the All-New Futurist robot while previewing its EAI Robotics Industrial Ecosystem at the Automate trade show in Chicago.
FF EAI Robotics Ecosystem Inc. completed its acquisition of Faraday Future's robotics business on October 23, 2026, creating a Nasdaq-listed humanoid and bionic robotics platform led by YT Jia. FFR expects October 2026 robot sales and shipments to exceed 300 units, a monthly record that would lift cumulative shipments above 1,100, and provides full-year guidance for approximately 2,000 robot sales and shipments at a positive unit gross margin.
