NEURA Robotics has acquired Bosch Rexroth's ACTIVE Shuttle driverless transport system and its associated software assets (ROKIT navigation and ACTIVE Fleet Manager) effective October 1, 2026. The deal gives NEURA access to proven intralogistics technology and fleet management software that creates customer lock-in, extending NEURA's strategy to build a unified Physical AI infrastructure across its robot portfolio. Bosch simultaneously serves as both seller and Series C backer of NEURA, which raised up to $1.4 billion at a $7 billion valuation in June 2026.
NEURA Robotics GmbH announced a Series C funding round that could reach $1.4 billion from global technology leaders to accelerate its development of cognitive robots. The company aims to build systems that continuously learn, collaborate, and operate across real-world environments through its Neuraverse shared intelligence ecosystem, combining robotics, AI, sensors, and edge compute.
The partners will train robotic skills at TUM RoboGym before testing inspections, asset monitoring and worker-support applications with grid operator MITNETZ STROM.
