Humanoid Raises $152 Million at $1.35 Billion Post-Money Valuation, Becoming Europe's First Pure-Play Humanoid Robotics Unicorn

Humanoid, a UK-based industrial humanoid robot maker, announced a $152 million Series A at a $1.35 billion post-money valuation, bringing total funding to $270 million and making it Europe's first pure-play humanoid robotics unicorn. The round was led by Prime Movers Lab with participation from Schaeffler, Bosch, Fubon Financial Holding Venture Capital, and Aglaé Ventures. The capital will fund next-generation robot development, KinetIQ AI software, mass manufacturing of wheel-based humanoids, and commercial deployments starting with Beta robots in Q4 2026.
