Emesent, an Australian autonomous mapping and robotics company spun out of CSIRO in 2018, has secured $17 million in funding consisting of $7M venture debt from the National Reconstruction Fund Corporation and $10M equity from a syndicate including Main Sequence, QIC Ventures, Orion Resource Partners, Hostplus, and NGS Super. The funding will accelerate development of the company's Cortex AI autonomy platform and Aura cloud software, while scaling manufacturing at its Queensland facility to meet growing demand from mining, defense, and AEC sectors.
DeepWay has secured $310 million in Pre-IPO funding, led by Stone Venture with participation from NGS Super and Xiamen Guosheng Fund, bringing its total Pre-IPO financing to this amount ahead of a planned IPO. The funding will support the company's efforts to scale its electric and autonomous trucking solutions, positioning it for growth in the intelligent new energy heavy-duty truck market.
