Panasonic Energy Co., Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Holdings, established in April 2022, that develops and manufactures primary batteries, cylindrical lithium-ion EV batteries, and industrial energy storage systems. It is a major supplier of EV battery cells to Tesla and other automakers.
